While using receiving message event to trigger the process model, is it possible to save the mail attachments to specific folder?
The standard setup in Appian is to save the document using username "Guest" but it is not real username. ...

I got the answer to change the folder in process model properties. It will save the attachement to this folder even though the process was started by Guest.
