Hi there !

We changed to on premise servers recently and realized that is no longer possible to authenticate in HTTP servers through the most recent mobile apps.

Is there any workaround for this ?

Check if the url used to access the server is same as the one define in the SERVER_AND_PORT property in the custom.properties file.
What error do you see when you try to login using the mobile app ?
Can you login using the mobile browser ?

Hi Michel,
I can confirm it will revert to http connectivity after you have acknowledged the warning and entered your credentials. Takes about 30 seconds dependent on connectivity.
