Hi Appian Forum,

We’ve recently created another copy of our Windows Virtual Image that hosts our Appian environment (essentially creating a dev and production instance). The existing instance starts up Appian and its associated JBoss services, but the attached screenshots show how we’re not able to start up Appian on the new image. We’ve been to the forum and noticed the error message we got at startup seems to be associated with licenses, and that makes sense to us—we had a license for only the first environment—so do we need another license for the production environment?
