I have a process model exposed as a web service. I have created a user that has iniator rights on that process model. The webservice/process works fine if I ping it from SOAP UI with the username and password. However, when I try to call the exposed web service from a "Call Web Service Smart Service" from within Appian, I get the below error message in application.log and a soap fault is created from the node.
