Hi there,
I just want to know if it's possible to have multiple authentication methods (ie SAML and OpenID Connect) for the same cloud instance?
At the moment, 98% of our users use SAML authentication with just one Identity Provider and the remaining 2% use Appian native connection. In the near future, we will setup a second SAML IdP for a future app we are going to build as these users don't use the existing IdP we do.
For yet another future app, the potential users will be authenticated via OpenID Connect. Is this possible in our Cloud instance to have both authentication methods, SAML and OpenID Connect? We will make sure that no user will be in multiple authentication groups.
Thanks.

Yes, you can have multiple authentication methods (SAML and OpenID Connect) in your Appian Cloud instance. This allows you to accommodate users from different identity providers and leverage the appropriate method for each application.
