so while trying to login I am getting following error and I am writing this from my different community account!
I tried to mail Appian Community to but still I haven't received any support !!!

Looks like some issue with the Multi factor Authentication. Raising a support case if possible or sending out an email are the only things to do I guess. Try sending out an email again.
I have faced same issue recently . It's Multifactor Authentication issue. Write a mail to support@appian.com .
You can't access Appian Community due to Okta access restrictions. Contact Appian Support to get the Appian Community app assigned in Okta. While emailing Appian support might take time, using your work email for the community account can improve support.

It is something that we cannot estimate. May be 24-72 hrs.' would be a minimum time. Following up often and having patience is the only thing that you could do.
For me it took less than 2 days
Then it might take sometime to get reply from support@appian.com. I observed this behaviour in past.
