After Installing Appian 7.6 using Appian configuration manager with valid licens

After Installing Appian 7.6 using Appian configuration manager with valid license, I am not able to edit anything in the admin portal and also not able to start the any of the task assigned in portal. Please find the application server logs attached

Also please find the output of script : checkengine.bat

  • Can you ensure that you've configured the con.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT=<APP_SERVER_HOST>:<APP_SERVER_PORT> in your custom.properties?

    Are you using the above link to access the site?

    Are you using a Sys Admin account and not the default "Administrator" account to access the /admin interface?
  • The output of the check-engine script looks ok.

    The last few lines in the app-server log suggests that the App-server was stopped.

    Can you please do this?
    1) Cleanup the application-server.log
    2) Cleanup the server.log from <JBOSS_HOME>\\standalone\\log
    3) Restart Jboss
    4) Attach the new app-server.log and server.log
