I am trying to locate the file appian_log4j.properties, but I am unable to reach the path /deployment/web.war/WEB-INF/resources. I am working from an Appian Cloud environment. Could someone please guide me on how to get there or where to find the information?

yes, I do have the address; the problem is that I don’t know how to get there. Whenever I try to access it from the browser, I always get a 404 error.
I suggest to raise a support case with Appian.
