Hello All ,
I am using Appian 7.6 + Hotfix A and while accessing the admin application through

URL for changing a logo which is not allowing for update the logo.
1. It shows windows popup and asks for credentials and if we enter Appian credentials images are visible if cancel Appian branding images are seen with cross mark
2. Not able to click on change link which gives below error
<-----------------------------Error in server.log ----------------------------------->

@Edaurdo,
Intially our configuration are
conf.suite.SCHEME=https
conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT=mySite.company.com:444
And the URL we were accessing is https://mySite.company.com, So we removed the port and restarted the server. However we still see this error in logs.
Am i missing something?

We see this error in log file -
ERROR com.appiancorp.common.logging.GWTRemoteLoggingService - Swallowed an error with no error code. ResponseClass: class com.appiancorp.gwt.tempo.client.designer.EvaluateUiResponse.
And we see a strange behaviour with the button clicks on the form. We a user hits on a button it doesnt navigate to the next screen/form, not sure if the above error is poping because of this.
Thanks in advance!

1. What version of Appian is this?
2. Which of the following files do you have in the application server?
---> <APPIAN_HOME>\\runtime_ear\\suite.ear\\conf\\custom.properties
---> <APPIAN_HOME>\\ear\\suite.ear\\conf\\custom.properties

1. We are on Appian V7.6
2. custom.properties is located here:
<APPIAN_HOME>/ear/suite.ear/conf/custom.properties

1. Stop the application server
2. Verify custom.properties again (conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT)
3. Delete <JBOSS_HOME>\\standalone\ mp\\*.*
4. Start the application server
5. Copy the VALUE of conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT in a text editor and create a URL there of type:
conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT/suite
copy it and paste it in the browser, exactly the same thing you pasted in the text editor. Try again

Do you mean to remove the previous deployment temp files.
Doesn’t that mean we are supposed to recreate the .dodeploy files so the application gets redeployed to the JVM?

Step #3 is to delete the JBoss cache. It has nothing to do with the dodeploy files which are placed in a different location.
