Thank you for your continued support.I would like to hear your opinions on obtaining system logs.
Currently, we manually save some logs for maintenance operations.
However, the number of logs is increasing day by day (especially integration logs), and we are concerned that manual management will become unmanageable.
I would like to know the following three points.
1: Do you store Appian system logs separately?
2: Do you know how to automate the process of manually saving log files one by one?
3: Are there any other good ways?
I apologize for bothering you during your busy schedule, but I would like to borrow your wisdom.
Thank you in advance....

Hi,
If you are using Appian Cloud, then this may be useful ...
https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/24.2/Log_Streaming_for_Appian_Cloud.html
Logs can then be used with a tool such as Splunk or you can collect files for analysis in just a file system. Is this what you are looking for?
Otherwise, the App Market has some log reading tools such as these ...
Log Reader
Log Reader Tool
It might just be certain data you need for analysis such as user login data, or site access data for example and these give you a good starting point.
Be mindful of the "processing" of these files in High Availability environments though and also high usage environments - only process outside of core operational hours would be my advice.
Hope this helps!
