Got permission for Package Details API?

Question

When I use package details api to get package details, it response error

 } 
 I created a service account, add Appian-API-Key to header. 
 Also add Service Accounts group to application Users Group and Administrators Group, but can't fix the issue. 
 
 How to fix the issue?

Check "View" permission for Service Accounts group in the application.
Verify API key includes "deployment-management" access.
