On the CE, you will not get to the admin console as it is a shared environment.
how do I create a user without using the admin console?.previously i was able to use the admin console but for some reason the issue started showing up
If you are in the community beta edition, you will not be able to create users. If you have your own community site then you can use the create user smart service or a!createUser() given you have System Administrator rights which I assume you do not have as you do not see the admin console.

You can check using the below links based on your region

I guess there is one more for EU but not sure the address is. Basically Beta version lets you login using SSO based on your Community profile. Its a shared environment.
The admin console is not accessible in the CE. And you will not get an admin account. That is by design.
For any more detailed questions, I suggest to write to communityedition@appian.com.
So how can I get access to admin console. Please tell me the solution, I have learnt almost half of the course or at least give me access to the cloud database.
I repeat myself: The admin console is not accessible in the CE.
One more time just for good measure. Community Edition does not include the admin console.
For context, the training guides for the learning paths make several mention to open the admin console for various tasks but never explicitly says we do not have access to it. From the learner's perspective, this is very unclear since we are trying to discover these things for the first time. Even the step-by-step instructions do not call it out. It just skips over the parts that need it. To be fair, there is a mention in the Users and Groups training that calls out basic users do not have access to the admin console. However, that requires an intuitive leap to understanding my permissions as an application administrator does not transfer to the environment as a whole. I get it now. We can use the built in users to experiment within our applications but we cannot experiment with the other features. I hope there are not many questions about the admin console on the certification exam. Our only context is based on videos and documentation rather than hands on application.
