For our cloud instance, whenever an error happens a notification email is sent to ALL users with System Administrator privileges. We want to change this to ONLY send error emails to ONE configurable email.

    1) It is always recommended that on a production environment, Administrator rights are not broadly available to users, even developers. Developers should have restricted access with proper security controls in place.

    2) You can configure custom Alert settings for each Process Model - if you go to the Process Model Properties, you will see a tab called "Alerts".. in there you can configure which users should receive alerts when errors occurred. The default is to send to Admins.

    3) Each user can also configure their own alert notifications. In the designer view, clicking on Alerts in the upper right and then select "Edit My Alert Settings".. each user can configure how frequently and on what conditions they receive alerts.
