Our Admin Console at /suite/admin is not working. The page resolves to a red box with no text and an OK button in it. There's no other information on the screen. Clicking the OK button sends me to a blank SAIL interface designer. Any ideas?...

Could you attach a screenshot of the error and the application-server.log?

I've attached a screenshot of what comes up at /suite/admin
No error is logged when accessing /suite/admin and application-server.log does not contain any references to /suite/admin or anything close to it

Does this happen in other browsers?
Do other users notice the same behavior?
What version of IE is this?
Were there any changes in your environment prior to this happening?
Try clearing your cache, cookies, and temporary internet files

Happens consistently in FireFox 33 and IE 11.
There were no changes to the environment, I'm not entirely sure it's ever worked. Clearing cache, cookies and temp internet files does not change the current functionality.

Seems to be an issue with using IIS in front of Appian, will investigate more.
Thanks.

In IIS, enable double escaping of URLs, restart IIS, then try again
