Hi Team,
Is there a possibility to get the usernames and their password by the administrator on Appian?
What kind of user details do we have access to?

Admin can get a list of user names. However, no one can see/get the existing password user. Admin can reset password.
What "administrator" do you mean, and do you have any specific use case in mind?
A "system administator".
what kind of user details can we pull in?

1. No, It is not possible for the admin to know the existing passwords. Instead they can reset the password.2. https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/24.2/User_Management.html This should help for your second question.
Just asking. In Appian we have the user type "Administrator" and we can define any normal user group "Admin" permissions in apps. So "Admin" can be ambiguous.
Do you have any specific use case in mind?
