Hello,
There is a way to don't ignore an email if it's send twice ?
I've got this message in the log file:
com.appiancorp.messaging.MessagePublisherServiceImpl - Ignored duplicate message [MessageType=Email, etc...

Each email even if sent twice gets a different ID in your inbox, therefore it is processed as a different message. I don't think this message is related to what you describe.

I drag and drop the same mail from a mailbox to the Appian mailbox manually from Outlook. It's the same email id I think.
