We are using Appian 7.7 and oftenly seen the errors below
07:42:12,752 INFO [stdout] (ajp-/0.0.0.0:8009-1) 2014-11-18 07:42:12,751 [ajp-/0.0.0.0:8009-1] ERROR com.appiancorp.abdera.AtomEntryCollectionAdapter - An internal error occured while accessing the tempo feed
07:42:12,753 INFO [stdout] (ajp-/0.0.0.0:8009-1) java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not retrieve user record for user UUID: _h-0000da21-95e0-8000-a73d-010000010000_2! Exception: ObjectNotFoundException[SYSTEM_RECORD_TYPE_USER]: The record type [identifier=SYSTEM_RECORD_TYPE_USER] does not exist, has been deleted, or you do not have sufficient privileges to access its data. (APNX-1-4205-005)
Due to which we would not able to see tempo interface of Administrators users or Administrator as well.
As per your comments it will get resolved after importing USER_RECORD_TYPE_PACKAGE from Application Tab.
Did anybody seen these kind of errors or any thoughts....

That is correct, simply import the attached ZIP which is basically a copy of \\ear\\suite.ear\\web.war\\WEB-INF\\bundled-apps\\USER_RECORD_TYPE_PACKAGE
USER_RECORD_TYPE_PACKAGE.zip
