I installed Hotfix 23.3.1380.0 and after I start Appian, I see a login page and after login I only see a blank screen for all URLs /design, /tempo, /sites. Anyone else experienced anything similar?

Did you reset/delete the local browser cache etc...
Yes i did, it didn't help
Any insights from log files, browser developer tools ...
The logs are not showing any particular error that is different, now i reverted back to 23.3.205.0 version which is working fine, and i have compared both logs, there is no unique error which is present in latest hotfix
Haven't checked browser developer tools, anything specific to look for?

Not really, but I would expect seeing some error messages that might give some indication on what is going on.
And open a support case to get support from Appian directly.
