Not Able to Create User in Production Manually

Hello,

We have SAML configured in production, and during deployments from lower environments, we’re attempting to create a service account for all deployments.

However, after creating the user, we received a temporary password email. When attempting to change this password, we encountered a “case sensitive” error in production.

Could someone advise on how to resolve this issue so we can successfully create the user?
