Currently running Appian 6.x - running 6 EXEC engines balanced across 2 server.

Currently running Appian 6.x - running 6 EXEC engines balanced across 2 server. Each server has 300Gb of HDD (RAID1) - mapped as C:
We need to increase the capacity from 300Gb to 600Gb - essentially dropping in additional HDD pack and expanding the C: upto 600Gb. Does anyone have a view on IF we need to rebuild the Appian environment OR simply stop the Appian environment gracefully, drop in the new HDD units, remap the drive back to an expanded C: and then restart the Appian environment?...

Appian depends on the logical folder structure on the on the physical layer so I do not think you need to do any rebuilding unless you are moving the installation to a different drive. In fact, I am not entirely sure you even have to take an outage if the drive is 100% available.
