We got record sync failure for all Record type enable for sync after Appian Upgrade and then we need manually sync the records.
Is there any bug on this? Ideally Appian upgrade process should not have post upgrade activity of Record sync.

following are the steps though i need to connect with support team to provide the logs
1- Appian was upgraded from 22.4 to 24.2
2- All Record type object enabled with Sync are in error state.
3- We manually Synced all then every started working fine.
Could you attach error logs or similar?

It is saying Generic data excpetion but same was successfull with Manual Record Sync
I would suggest opening a support case to investigate this further

above case is not applicable as we are not using anything like that and also we are able to do sync manually. It is just after the appian Upgrade sync was not successful
