Hi Everyone,
I am trying to understand how the internal messaging service and Kafka Zookeeper work in Appian .I am trying to figure out what impact it would have if Kafka goes down on one of the nodes in a 3 node cluster due to storage issues or some other reason. One thing I can guess is that the application's performance might decrease, and writes to the data service could also be impacted. Are there any other potential issues that could arise?

Hi,
We have similar issue in our application.
Including the points mentioned in previous thread, sometimes we used to see failed to start process error in process model.
Is there any way to find the exact reason for Kafka services are going down. Already we verified server memory, application usage, network glitch but we are not able to find the solid answer.
