Can we configure Appian Cloud so that a specific Site (e.g. https://<mydomain>.appiancloud.com/sites/customer) is publicly accessible from outside our corporate network, while restricting access to the Design environment, Admin console, and other internal Sites to only whitelisted IP addresses?

I suggest to open a support ticket to discuss this with the Appian cloud team.
Out of curiosity...Why do you need to do it via IP? Wouldn't it be enough to handle it using Appian's groups and security?
