Hello All,
After upgrading to Appian 25.2, we noticed that deployments triggered via the deployment-management/v2/deployments API are taking significantly longer to complete. Previously, the same deployment process would finish in around 8 minutes, but now it takes over 3 hours.
deployment-management/v2/deployments
From the Tomcat logs, we observed errors related to constant updates during the deployment process, which may be contributing to the delay.
We also attempted to stop the in-progress deployment by restarting application servers and engines, but the deployment continues to remain in-progress and is not cancelled.
We have already raised a support ticket with Appian, but in the meantime, checking with the community:
Has anyone else encountered similar issues after upgrading to Appian 25.2?
Is there any other way to cancel or forcefully terminate an in-progress deployment initiated via the API?
Thank You,
Sneha.

I suggest you to Reach out to Appian support to look into it!
The support ticket is the right way.
I am not aware of any official way to stop an import.
