If a user's password expires on an environment that is not connected to a mail server, how can I as the administrator reset their password? There used to be an option to set a password for them, but now it needs to email them - but the server isn't configured to send emails (intentionally, since it's a hot-fix environment that mirrors production and we don't want emails going out to our users.)...
