 Can you please help me out to findout this server.conf.notifications file in Appian (25.1).

AFAIK, server.conf.notifications file doesn't exist.
You might look for custom.properties -> where notification configurations are typically set.
or
Check your <APPIAN_HOME>/server/conf/ directory for the correct file.
