I am deploying a package to PROD in Appian. One object got depkoyed while other couldn't as deployment completed with errors. When I checked the log, it said the particular object is open. But thing is the object isn't open anywhere. Besides, i also logged out and logged in once to check but still, deployment was failing for the particular object and it is saying the object is being edited by me.

Object might have locked in PROD (stale‑locked), so deployment fails even if it looks closed.I would recommend to wait to clear the session.
Yesterday at 10:00 PM IST, i was getting this. Today, I tried again but still it says it is being edited by me.
Generally, by this time the session should have been cleared automatically. May I know which type of object is causing this issue?
It is an interface.
Open the object in PROD and close it properly. This can sometimes trigger the stale lock to release. Worth trying before raising a support ticket.
Tried it twice but no luck.
The last time this happened to me, it was resolved by doing a forced logout in the target environment (prod), which traditionally I have not needed to do (opening / closing was always sufficient). If doing a logout doesn't even work for you, as you seem to be saying, then I second Shubham's suggestion to open a support ticket.
