The new Appian Community launches August 3, followed by Appian Academy on August 7. During the migration, Appian Community Edition, Appian Academy, Documentation, Certifications, Instructor-led Customer Training, Partner Sales Training & Accreditation, and Forum (for Appian Partners and Customers only) will remain available.

I would recommend you going to Appian's main website and look for "Appian Partners": Find an Appian Partner - Appian Partner Program
From this you can filter the companies which you may be interested to work with and go to the partner company's website and check for job openings there.
Probably would be good to check the jobs on Linkedin as well.
