pluginuploader-1.0.0.jar plugin file

Hi , 
 We are running Appian 25.3.690.0 on Kubernetes and need the pluginuploader-1.0.0.jar plugin file. Our original dev environment used it as an init container to pre-install plugins. Can you provide the download link or the file?" 
 Could not find any version of " pluginuploader " jar file, could you someone help me on this please. 
 
 Quicker help is much appreciated.

This is not available. But, plugins can easily be just dropped in the file system. I do not see the reason for using another plugin?!?!
