Hi,

Is there a way to stop task assignment notification emails from being sent ot end users?Our application has nearly 500 users and its not easy to ask everyone of them to change there notification setting.Perhaps something can be changed at user task level in process?

If you are adding users through process, then you may try to utilize the “Portal Utilities” smart service which has “Edit Alert Settings For User” option.
