Hi,

I was unsuccesful with upgrading Appian 7.7 to 7.8 (problem is described in other forum entry) so I tried to restore backed up folder of 7.7 version. I restored the folder and after running server I am getting this error:
[ServletException in:/portal/error.jsp] com/appiancorp/suite/cfg/AdminSecurityConfiguration'
Does anyone have idea what could go wrong (I restored exact version of appian folder as it was before upgrade and working)...

Be sure to restore Appian primary db back to 7.7 version as well if you haven't already.
As part of an upgrade the Appian primary db gets updated the first time new version of Appian connects to it.
