We need to install database connection to Oracle Database with Oracle Wallet. The Appian server Operation System is Red Hat Linux.

What additional jar file should be installed to support Wallet?
Any additional installation setup in JBOSS and the server?
What should be configured in the appian-ds.xml?
...

Have you contacted Redhat Support or Oracle Support to see if they can help? It seems there's documentation online but would be good to hear the official version from them.

We are working with my client to geting the information to set up this case. I guess it is common case in business environments and want to see if anyone know the solution.

Since the client is the one that may be purchasing support from these other vendors when acquiring the solution (e.g. JBoss/Oracle) it's their responsibility to take advantage of that service and send this inquiry to them.
