I am trying to install the Appian 8.0. As a part of this installation I have installed Jboss EAP 6.3 and MySQL 5.6. when I start the jboss I am getting the below error message. Any inputs on this?

MySql 6.5 is not supported version of databases:
forum.appian.com/.../System_Requirements.html
Can you test this with a supported version on a brand new schema and make sure that the user specified in the appian-ds.xml has the appropriate rights to the primary schema ?

I have tried many times by installing and uninstalling the software and created and tested with many databases/schemas but I am ending up with the same issues again and again.
I am planning to try with MSSQL instead of MySQL. But not sure that the problem with database or the Appian installation.

This issue seems similar to the following post:

I would suggest, rechecking the database configuration and making sure it's exactly according to the documentation. Also make sure you are using the right driver to make the connection. Download it from the link provided in the documentation.

Hi Tejan
I have followed all the steps as per the documentation. Is it possible to provide the suitable driver details?

I am providing the link from the documentation. Make sure you have configured the appian-ds.xml, module.xml, standalone.xml,custom.properties correctly to establish a successful connection with the primary database.

Now its working!!! Thank you for your suggestions.
Resolution:
I connected the sample database and not getting any error message and working fine. the problem with creation of database in My SQL. I assume some steps are missing in the documentation.
