I configured email pooling as mentioned on forum.
Now all emails are being pulled and process instances are being triggered well. I am getting all the data of email within process instance.
But after triggering process instance, mails get deleted from mailbox.
Do we have any configuration to prevent deletion of mails?

You would be using the POP3 configuration. To prevent the deletion of email, you need to try using IMAP configuration.
