How can I view a history of users that have logged into Appian over the last year? Using Appian's cloud instance

You can find user login logs within following files -:
<%appianhome%>/logs/login-audit.csv
<%appianhome%>/logs/login-audit-web-api.csv -------This file contains mobile user login logs.

How can we open old log's which are stored some thing like this?

You have to install the Log Reader (v1.1.2) plugin and then you'll have access to the Readcsv function which allows you to retrieve the data from the log file. readcsvlog(csvPath:"login-audit.csv.xxxx-xx-xx")
