Hello All,

I have installed Appian on one of the server and everything seems to be working fine. But once I created a sail form and executed the Process model, tried to pick the task from "Task tab" and it is popping error like "The server has encountered an error". But on other server it is popping with full description of error in sail rule.
How do I configure this on server end where Appian is installed so that it can display sail error with full description as on other servers.
Could any one suggest me the way to achieve this.

Could you recreate the "server has encountered an error" issue and attach your application-server.log?
Are you sure that the URL you are using to access this environment is the same as what is defined in custom.properties?
