Hi Everyone I've an android phone (galaxy s5) and the Appian app, i try to access to our production site but it say "impossible to create a safe connection to the server (SSL certificate not valid). please contact the system administrator."
Maybe that it depends from the fact that in the application it ask me to insert the ip and as default is setted https.// but our site is http:// ? How can i install a ssl certificate on my mobile phone?

- Normally is your appian installation available over http or https ?
- if you are using any ssl certificate i guess at your webserver Layer. is this a self signed certificate ?

which version of the Appian for mobile are you using ?
Is the certificate you are using was self Signed ? if it's the case as far as i know appian for Mobile will not work in case you have self Signed certificates.
