We've had a couple of cases where the android app (version 2.72) is asking for the password every time it is accessed. Is this to be expected or is this a known issue?

In most cases, in order to avoid this:
a) The server would need to enabled "remember me"
forum.appian.com/.../Authentication.html
b) The user will need to check the box when they setup their username/password on Android for "remember me"

If both are setup, I have seen still seen an occasional issue where the re-authentication request still occurs. I know Appian is working to correct this.
