We are using Appian with an IIS Webserver. For some reason, when our testers click on links to tasks in their emails a jsessionid is added to the URL and they arrive at a blank task page where a message pops up saying "You do not have sufficient privileges to perform the requested action.". This only happens the first time they click the link, subsequent clicks do not include a jsessionid in the URL and the user is brought to the proper page. How can we prevent this behavior?...

I assume you are using ISAPI to handle redirection of dynamic content. In isapi_redirect.properties, try adding this line: strip_session=1.

It's already there, as per Appian's documentation.

Justin - IIS/ISAPI redirection is working well with Appian 6.6.1/Jboss 5.1. However, in 7.3 with separation of Jboss EAP version 6.1.0, we ran into issue where remoteuser header & request objects are null in JBoss side. Are you aware of any info/issue related to this?
