Does Appian log the change of the following?
- Add new user
- Deactivate user
- Add user to group
- Remove user from group
- Add / Remove group member to/from group (for example, add "Account Payable" as member of "Accounting")

In projects I've worked on, we've always built our own audit tables in the business db. We use processes to create the user and assign the groups, and write our own history manually.

Does it mean that you blocked the designer in your server? Then, all changes in users and groups must be done it thru process models.

Basically. We had "help desk" users who only had access to tempo. Our designers were strictly developers, and would not have an responsibility for user admin. Does require some governance in how the business uses the system. Not perfect, for sure.
