Hello Team,

We are facing slowness on application level.Could you please suggest which properties I have to check or set to over come this issue. Also any log file which I can analyse for the same. Please suggest if you have any other suggestion.

custom.properties is for configuration purposes, the logging is handled by appian_log4j.properties but all settings are already in place for you to analyze the performance using the logs described in that link.

Yes, logs is one thing which can tell you the story if application has any issue. If you have the instance on cloud hosted environment you may check the latency in the network which I have experienced as problem in past.
