Hi All,
I have installed Appian 7.9, but am unable to see Menu tabs on Tempo.
Designer, Process Modeler are working fine.
Appreciate any help or pointers.

Can you verify the log file, and see if there are any error while starting the server. Also, This could be a IE issue as well, Can you confirm on which version of IE you are accessing APPIAN. Also Try from Chrome once.

Which application server are you using ? Is there also any web server configured ? Which one ..

#Vinit, Tried using Chrome and its still the same. Am usng IE 9. Checked Log file and have found few errors : ERROR [org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[jboss.web].[default-host].[/suite]] (ServerService Thread Pool -- 93) JBWEB000287: Exception sending context initialized event to listener instance of class org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener.

EAP 6.3.3 or higher patch is required for Appian 7.9: Also, be sure you are running Java 8.

Thanks Myles, i missed it. Have got the right Java version. I have got EAP 6.4.0 can i use it?

No, 6.4 can't be used as that is a different version.
