Import application issue post-upgrade

Question

Hi guys, We have a solution hosted in a private network which we have to access through a VPN. It's recently been upgraded to 7.9 and as there is no longer an Applications tab we have to deploy applications through suite/design. This renders - eventually - but clicking the Import Application button does nothing. How can we deploy an application to a 7.9 instance through a VPN? Thanks, Caroline

The VPN should not have any impact on Application Import.. suggest creating a support ticket to help track down the root cause of your error..
