Hello all,
A question about the installation of a clean version of Appian 7.9 (Hotfix A included) with JBoss 6.4 EAP and MySQL 5.6x. We managed to create the connection to the MySQL database. However, the tempo page seems to be empty when first logging in with Administrator account. On the Appian Forum we found the problem was already known and the fix was to import a ‘USER_RECORD_TYPE_PACKAGE.zip’ in the Appian Designer. We also found the problem in the log:
15:02:32,975 INFO [stdout] (http-/0.0.0.0:8080-9) 2015-05-31 15:02:32,969 [http-/0.0.0.0:8080-9] ERROR com.appiancorp.abdera.AtomEntryCollectionAdapter - An internal error occured while accessing the tempo feed

...s not exist, has been deleted, or you do not have sufficient privileges to access its data. (APNX-1-4205-005)
When browsing in the Appian Designer in order to import the package we found the ‘Applications’ tab to be missing. Does anybody know how to import the zip file and/or restore the 'Applications' tab in the Appian Designer? I’ve included the server.log of the most recent connection.
Any help is appreciated!

Appian application import is facilitated by a switch, in the right top corner click on Appian Designer to import new application ...so you mean when you click there you are not getting an option to import zip. Please refer the screenshot and let me know what comes after clicking on it.

Thanks rahulp that got me at least a step further. When I clicked 'Import Application' I got this error:
An internal error has occurred.
The page could not be loaded. [HTTP Code = 404] (APNX-1-4279-001)
Any idea what can be the cause and what I can do about it?
