I have completed installing and configuring appian and am receiving the following when I run start-suite.bat:

I've checked everything I can think of and the information displayed by licinfo.bat appears to be correct.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

it appears that you do not have a valid k3 license or that the license is not in the correct location
<APPIAN_HOME>\\server\\_bin\\k\\<PLATFORM>
If you do not have a valid lic you will need to contact Appian Support
