Is it possible to configure KDB's to be written in a specified server location out side the Appian Engine/installation folders?
If yes, what are the options? Please respond.

You can host the files on another location (network share for example) as long as you add the appropriate locations in the appian-topology.xml file. Alternately you can create symbolic links from the default locations.

Ensure that the user running Appian has appropriate permissions on the remote location.
