Do you have the appropriate permissions to execute the installer and permissions to the target directory? Or perhaps the installer download was incomplete or corrupted - you could try downloading the installer again.

we've checked permissions, they seem fine. we've downloaded the installer a second time, same issue...guess we'll try again.
