Hi,

I have recently installed Appian 7.9 using the configure script. I also installed the latest hotfix. I think I might have done some mistake while installing. I am getting an error in Interface designer. Please see the attached screenshot. Let me know what can be wrong and what steps I can take to rectify it. The error says "An unrecoverable error has occurred."

Found the solution in a previous tempo post. You need to clear the "Temporary Internet Files" folder.
