We are having issues starting up Appian 6.6.1 after migrating Appian 6.5.3 data

We are having issues starting up Appian 6.6.1 after migrating Appian 6.5.3 data (see Checkengine results attached).

Reproduce Steps:
Disk space ran out towards the tail end of migration and some K's errored out. We cleared space, and tried to stop-suite, but a few K's wouldn't shut down. Manually ended the K processes. Rebooted. Tried to restart Appian, but same errors (attached). Deleted post-migration KDBs and tried restarting Appian, but same errors. Other than migrating again, any other suggestions?

Have resolved the issue by adding the load custom limit setting in custom.properties.
