I am trying to start my appian server (7.8 ) but its returning the below error.

com.appiancorp.kougar.driver.exceptions.SafeRetryException: Unable to acquire a Read connection. Safe to retry.

It is very likely that the Appian Enignes are not running.

Please run <APPIAN_HOME>\\server\\_scripts\\diagnostic\\checkengine.bat|sh to verify that the Appian Engines are indeed up and running.
